TERMS & CONDITIONS

We require the following documents to proceed with the transaction:

1- Submission of online application form for selected product
2- Submission of the following documents.

Applicant Documents:

1- I agree unconditionally to provide personal guarantee for the Hirer, in my personal capacity as the Guarantee, I irrevocably and unconditionally
declare and undertake:
2-That the Hirer shall make the due and punctual payment of the all installments and any other sums which may become due to you or arising of the
Hire Purchase Agreement signed by the hire.
3- That in the event of payment of any amount by the Hirer to you. I shall be personally liable to make the payment or payments of the said
amount to you immediately upon intimation, whether such intimation is verbal or in writing.
4– That I shall pay on demand in writing from Online Installments within 24 hours of the demand any sum in totality of the liability or partially as
demanded.

5- That I am fully responsible to you for the sum of installments amounting or Rs.
Penalties, surcharge and any other charges due to Online Installments from the Hirer Under the said Hire Purchase or Under your policy.
6- That my guarantee shall continue and remain in full force and effect until all the monies due from the Hirer have been paid to Online Installments
from the Hirer under the said Hire Purchase Agreement or under your policy.
7- That my guarantee shall continue and remain in full force and effect until all monies due from the Hire Have been paid to Online Installments in Fuil
That I shall have no objection whatsoever to any legal or other action that Online Installments may deem appropriate to take against the Hire or
myself in the event of any eventuality.
8- In case of Rental Products, Snatch, Stollen missing or Sale out, Should be heir or Gurantor responsiblity they sould pay all balance Rental Amount
